Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are histologically and Cytologically diagnosed with malignancy. Adult patients 18 years or above. Patients willing to provide informed consent to participate in the study. Patients who are receiving selected oral drugs such as Capecitabine, Gefitinib, Palbociclib and Lenalidomide in the oncology department of the tertiary care hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with cognitive impairments affecting their ability to comprehend written materials. Patients who are not fluent in the Gujarati language. Patients currently participating in other interventional studies that might influence the outcomes.

To develop patient information leaflet in Gujarati language. To validate the prepared patient information leaflet. To assess the effectiveness of patient information leaflets (PILs) in Gujarati language and understand adherence among patient using PILs.Timepoint: 6 months

To evaluate patient satisfaction with the PILs.Timepoint: 6 months
