|---|---|
| To determine the incidence, predictors of autonomic dysfunction and trend of change in HRV during acute phase of TBI.Timepoint: on admission, at 48 hours, at 72 hours. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1.To determine the incidence and predictors of inflammatory burden - assessed using novel markers MAR and LAR in addition to NAR. 2. Correlation between autonomic dysfunction percentage and inflammatory marker levels. 3. Effect of autonomic dysfunction and inflammation on the incidence of major adverse cardiac events (MACE), and other outcomes such as duration of hospital stay, GCS at discharge, and in-hospital mortality in patients with TBI.
