Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients above 18 years Both male and female patients Patients undergoing emergency laparotomy with midline incision

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient who do not give consent Patient with immune compromised status Patient undergone previous abdominal surgeries or pelvic irradiation
