Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 70 patients of either sex aged between 18-60 years belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) class I-ll physical status, scheduled to undergo elective surgeries requiring intubation will be included in the study

Successful intubation either by any of the two adjuncts.Timepoint: Time taken from Direct laryngoscopy to placement of a pre railroaded with OETT bougie tip inside vocal cords and time taken from tip bougie tip placement to confirmation of OETT tube placement via etCO2 graph or chest auscultation

MeasureTime frame
Total time of endotracheal intubation in both of the groups . And signs of any trauma caused directly or indirectly through these adjunct devices and desaturation if occurred in a patient or any undesirable outcome that indirectly or directly caused due to these devices like laryngeal spasm .Timepoint: During intubation and after extubation
