Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 20 to 40 years. 2. Gender: Male and Females only. 3. Subjects with neck pain more than 3 month. 4. Subject visual analogue score 3 to 7. 5. Subject working more than 2 hours per day. 6. Subject working 5 days per week. 7. subject working last since 2 years. 8. Subjects willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects Known cervical spinal pathologies. Neck surgery & upper limb surgery within last 3 months Skin conditions & allergy Severe musculoskeletal, neurological and cardio respiratory disorder.
