Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing Supratentorial Intracranial Space Occupying lesion surgery under general anaesthesia. 2.Patients consenting for the procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Unconscious patient 2.Patients with features of raised intracranial pressure. 3.Coronary Heart Disease 4.Psychiatric Disease and Neurodegenerative disorders. 5.Known allergies to study drugs

To evaluate quality of brain relaxation between combination of injection Ketamine and injection Propofol (KETOFOL) and Injection Propofol by utilizing Brain relaxation score just after opening of duramater.Timepoint: To evaluate quality of brain relaxation between combination of injection Ketamine and injection Propofol (KETOFOL) and Injection Propofol by utilizing Brain relaxation score just after opening of duramater.
