Intervention1: Dry Needling of the Posterior Oblique Sling Muscles: The MTrPs will be identified during a detailed physiotherapy assessment. The trigger points will be needled using acupuncture needle

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: VAS at least 3 at the affected muscles while they are compressed Diagnosed cases of frozen shoulder based on medical history, physical examination and imaging if necessary Having pain and restriction in shoulder for at least 3 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Skin problem at shoulder and back Antiplatelet therapy 3 days before starting the study Corticosteroid injections in the shoulder area 3 months before starting the study History of cancer Needle phobia Positive subacromial impingement tests Shoulder joint surgery or arthroscopy Cervical radiculopathy or any neurological damage in the upper limb Rheumatoid disease Pregnancy Any cognitive impairment Not willing to participate in the study Bleeding disorders Known cases of blood transmitted diseases e.g. HIV AIDS, Hepatitis
