Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a.Participants within the age group of 25-50 years (irrespective of gender). b. Body Mass Index between : 25-29.9 kg/m2 c. Waist-Hip Ratio : greater than 0.95( in male) greater than 0.80 (in female) d Participants willing to give written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Participants with diagnosed case of chronic systemic disorders. b. Pregnant ladies and lactating women. c. Participants under steroid therapy. d. Participants who have done any surgeries within last 6 months. e. Participants who are unable to do Suryanamaskara properly.
