Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients from either sex with classical sign and symptoms of Primary Insomnia Patients with Insomnia Severity Index score more than 15
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with comorbidities like depression or other psychological conditions that need medications Patients who are on prescribed medicines for Insomnia Patients with alcohol or drug dependency Patients having major systemic disorders or other illnesses such as Uncontrolled Hypertension, uncontrolled Diabetes, CVD or any acute condition which interferes with the sleep pattern. Patients with serious disease limiting life expectancy. Pregnancy and lactating mothers. Cognitive impairment, congenital deformities. Not willing to participate in the study
