Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with typical clinical features pertaining to sports injury involving the lower back, ankle, knee, wrist & shoulder joints (up to grade 3rd)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients reporting after the initial 48 hours of Injury. Chronic injuries. Suffering from a specific variety of conditions requiring immediate surgical concern. Previously patient has undergone any surgical intervention for musculoskeletal injuries. If the patient does not get any clinical improvement or pain relief during the trial.
