Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age from 18-25 years 2.Both males and females 3.Students reporting high level of study related fatigue, defined by a validated cut-off points on two measures of study related fatigue: - greater than or equal to 2.2 on the emotional exhaustion scale of utrecht burnout scale for students. - greater than or equal to 22 on fatigue assessment scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. were addicted to drugs 2. recieved pyschological or pharmacological drugs for their fatigue complaints 3. were physically unable to run
