Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with recurrent respiratory tract infections. (Respiratory infections are considered as recurrent from three episodes of infections during six months period).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with major systemic illness requiring hospitalization. 2. Children with any congenital anomalies or birth defects or genetic disorder. 3. Children with co-morbidities like Tuberculosis, HIV etc. 4. Children with other chronic condition like Bronchial Asthama etc.
