Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with a mean age of 6-11 years who are requiring two sessions dental treatment of either Maxillary Posterior teeth or Mandibular Posterior tooth. 2.No previous dental history 3.Frankl’s behaviour rating - positive or definitely positive

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Frankl’s behaviour rating - negative or definitely negative 2.Medically compromised patients 3.Participants with active sites of infection in the area of injection 4.Radiographs showing periapical or bifurcation radiolucency and acute oral or facial infection (swelling and/or cellulites) 5.Children who were allergic to local anesthesia
