Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young physically active individual who are actively participating in marathon, cycling, sprints and swimming

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: i. Participants having any active musculoskeletal injuries /illness ii. Participants with low back ache iii. Participants undergoing any injury rehabilitation iv. Participants with any co-morbidities
