Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with only low back pain Symptoms for at least 6 weeks (minimizing the effect of spontaneous healing) Stage of degeneration and Disc protrusion stage Informed consent forms Patients with a Numeric Pain Rating Scale in the mild or moderate category are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Cauda equine syndrome, Malignancy Peripheral neuropathy Patient with a history of Progressive neurological disease This study will implement a carefully selected set of Pilates exercises, excluding any that involve forward bending or have the potential to cause pain. Patients on medications will be excluded from this study and If a patient experiences severe pain, with ODI scores indicating severe or crippled and NPRS scores reflecting severe , they will be given emergency medical care and the patient will be excluded from the study and referred to the physician. Any surgery of the spine or any spinal diseases such as spinal stenosis and spondylolisthesis
