Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects of all genders who are diagnosed with CVDs. Post-cardiac surgery (e.g., bypass surgery, stent placement) Subjects from 30-60 years of age. Subjects who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects with contraindications to CR such as severe and unstable medical conditions, including: a)Advanced heart failure not suitable for CR b)Uncontrolled arrhythmias Subjects with severe cognitive impairment Subjects who have already completed Cardiac Rehabilitation Program Subjects who are suffering from terminal illnesses. Subjects who are illiterate.
