Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with DSM-5 criteria for major depressive disorder. Patients Yogya for Virechana, Nasya and Shamana Snehapana. Patients irrespective of their sex, caste, or religion. Newly diagnosed cases having chronicity less than 1 year.
