Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A. Selection criteria for cluster: Sub-centres having villages with Kiran Clinics will be eligible. B. Selection criteria for individual: 1. Inclusion criteria a. Age between 10 to 30 years b. Consumption of alcohol or tobacco or other substance use in any form c. Who are going to reside in the same area for the study duration. d. Who understand and can speak marathi language.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Substance users having any accompanying complications such as neurosis or psychosis. b. Substance users having any end stage organ damage related to substance use.
