Inclusion criteria: Adult patients ( 18- 60 yrs) of both genders will be included after receiving informed written consent. Patients belonging to American Society of Anesthesiologist Class 1-2 . Patients to undergo surgeries under Spinal anaesthesia

To assess the correlation between the waist to height ratio and magnitude of change in mean arterial pressure in patients undergoing elective surgeries under spinal anaesthesia.Timepoint: At Baseline,1 min,2 min,5 min ,10 min,15 min, 20 min, 25 min ,30 min and every 10 min till 2 hours after spinal anaesthesia.
