Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Age 18 years to 40 years 2 Elective and Emergency Caesarean section under subarachnoid block 3 ASA 2 and 3

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Age less than18 years and more than 40 years 2 Patient refusal 3 Allergic to Local anaesthetic 4 Bleeding disorders 5 Parturients who are already on MgSO4 for Pre eclampsia / Eclampsia
