Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 5 to 50 yrs. 2. The inclusion of patients with stomatitis from varied etiologies like infection, nutritional deficiencies, mechanical irritation, and reactions to medications. 3. ICD-11 Code for Stomatitis: DA02.0[10] is confirmatory criteria for stomatitis. These are: o Redness, swelling, and soreness in the oral cavity. o Ulcerations or lesions on the mucosal surfaces. o Symptoms like pain, difficulty swallowing, and discomfort while speaking or eating 4. Patients with acute or chronic stomatitis. 5. Patients who give consent for participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients above 50 years. 2. Patients having any life threatening or systemic illness. 3. Exclusion of patients with severe systemic conditions (e.g., Stevens-Johnson syndrome). like immunodeficiency or severe allergic reactions. Ruling out other oral conditions, such as gingivitis, oral cancer, or systemic conditions that may present similarly. 4. Patient not willing to participate in the study.

To evaluate the efficacy of mouth chapter from Synthesis Repertory in selecting Homoeopathic constitutional medicine in the treatment of stomatitis. The main goal of the study would be to evaluate the relevance of rubrics in the Mouth chapter of the Synthesis Repertory in treating cases of stomatitis (inflammation of the mouth, which can include ulcers, redness, and swelling).Timepoint: 3-4 months

MeasureTime frame
It will increase the scope of Synthesis s Repertory in selecting homoeopathic medicines in treatment of stomatitis and will provide a good alternative to the conventional mode of treatment with no side effects. Statistical comparison of the frequency of rubric selection and corresponding remedy efficacy.Timepoint: 3-4 month
