Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients above eighteen years of age coming to the Emergency Department who requires ABG, CBC and biochemical analysis for their primary disease. 2. Either gender

1.To determine the level of correlation between sodium, potassium, haemoglobin and blood sugar levels estimated by arterial blood gas analysis and laboratory results of venous blood.Timepoint: 1.Approximately 2 Months

1. To determine accuracy & reliability of ABG values for prompt clinical decision making before the arrival of lab results 2. To find correction factor to compensate for variation, if any. Timepoint: 1. Approximately 2 Months
