Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Immature skeleton Medically unfit patients Grade 3 B,3 C open fractures Polytrauma Pathological fractures

To evaluate and compare the functional outcome of tibial fractures fixed by Intramedullary Interlocking Nailing via Suprapatellar versus Infrapatellar approach using Lower Extremity Functional Scale (LEFS)and Lysholm score.Timepoint: 6th week, 12th week and 24th week
