MeasureTime frame
To compare decrease in pain as assessed by change in visual analog scale score by ultrasound guided anterior approach versus fluoroscopy guided posterior approach of Superior Hypogastric Plexus neurolysis in patients with pelvic pain due to malignancies. Timepoint: Preprocedure Postprocedure - immediate,1 week,1 month,2 months

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the feasibility of the procedures - time taken & patients comfort To assess the complications associated with the two techniques Timepoint: immediate,1 week,1 month,2 months
