Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with unilateral clavicular fractures. Patients with displaced clavicular shaft fracture. Patients treated operatively with the plate osteosynthesis technique using either the anteroinferior or superior plating method.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with clavicular fracture in the previously injured clavicle Interval between fracture and surgery more than three weeks Patients with associated scapular fracture (floating shoulder), associated neurovascular injury, open or impending fracture, and pathological fractures
