Intervention1: Mindfulness exercise + Plyometric training: After completing the normal procedure, each player will undergo the questionnaire of RSTQ. Then they will be made to relax. Mindfulness Sport
Week 2. Strengthen attention: duration 20 30 min. Activities: Body scan and breathing centered meditation

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male players playing football. 2. Age 18 -25 years 3. Players should be able to perform high-intensity exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players with a history of lower limb injuries or surgeries within the last 6 months. 2. Players with chronic conditions. 3. Players who are having severe anxiety issue and mental health conditions. 4. Players using any medications
