Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Subjects willing to participate voluntarily and sign the written informed consent form. 2)Male professional cricket fast bowlers Age group between18-25 years 3)Subjects with non-dominant chronic ankle instability. 4)Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool with a score of 24 indicates functional ankle instability. 5)Professional cricket refers to the highest level of cricket played for their active participation under the academy affiliated to KSCA. 6)Subjects with training for minimum 5 days/week for 2-4 hours daily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any neurological disorders. 2)Subjects age group below 18 years and female players were excluded from the study. 3)Any surgeries in the spine and low back region. 4)Subjects with CAIT scores between 24 and 28 were excluded. 5)ankle surgeries.
