Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both symptomatic and asymptomatic with radiological evidence USG of nephrolithiasis Diagnosed cases who have taken medicines from any other system of treatment like Allopathy Ayurveda will also be consider after a wash out period of 15 days All socioeconomic status
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient not willing to give consent Patient with major systemic disorder and autoimmune diseases Cases with hydronephrosis UTI uremia acute retention of urine for more than 24 hours Cases of staghorn calculi Pregnant women and lactating mothers are not included
