Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects full filling the diagnostic criteria 2. Married women between the age group of 21-45 years 3. Willing to co-operate with the study and sign the informed written consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and lactating women 2. Women with K/C/O Pelvic inflammatory disease 3. Women with K/C/O Cervical intraepithelial neoplastic lesions 4. Subjects positive for HIV, VDRL, HBsAG 5. Diabetes mellitus
