Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Both male & female Patients having age between 18 to 60 years of age. Patients with classical signs and symptoms of Tamaka Shwasa described in ancient Ayurveda text. ShwasaKrichchhata (Dyspnoea) Ghurghurukama (Wheezing sound) Kasa (Cough) Asamyakanidra (Disturbed sleep) Kantodhwamsa (Hoarseness of voice) Pinasa (Rhinitis) ShleshmaVimokshanteMuhurtamSukham (After expectoration patient feels better) ParshvaAvgrihyate (Chest tightness) PEF (Peak Expiratory Flow Rate): 50 to 100%
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients below 18 years and above 60 years. Patients suffering from the systemic or serious illness like Emphysema, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, Renal diseases and cardiac diseases. Patients of Cor pulmonale, Cardiac Asthma and severe exacerbation. Any acute systemic disease or Infection, with post covid lung disease or complication. Pregnant and lactating mothers. Any malignancy, TB. Acute & serious conditions require immediate intervention will be excluded. Patients described as Dhumapana Ayogya in classical text. PEF below 50%
