Inclusion criteria: Age: 25 - 50 Gender: Male and female Profession: Academician Sitting around 6 hours daily. Standing around 6 hours daily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Surgery of lower back Scoliosis Osteoporosis Any previous injury Pregnancy.
