Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 18 30 years of age. Both male and female included. Not Trained for last 6 months. Non-smokers and free from chronic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals suffering from any infectious respiratory or cardiovascular disease or vascular diseases. Individuals taking any medications. Individuals who underwent any surgeries in past 6 months. Individuals who complain of pain, or any significant injury in the lower limb in past 6 months.
