Intervention1: sugammadex/neostigmine administration: At first intubating dose of vecuronium @ 0.8mg/kg is given via intravenous route and then after intubation patient will be reversed via sugammade

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 65 years ASA I and II.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: BMI more than 35 kg/m2 H/o Epilepsy Transcranial evoked motor potential site infection Pregnancy Hb less than 10mg/dl Neurological dysfunction in both upper extremities.
