Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient having the BMD t-score equal to or less than -2.5 Patient presenting with symptoms of Majja Kshaya Asthisoushirya as per designed protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient age below 45 years and above 60 years Patient with BMD greater than -1 and in the range of -1 to -2.4 Patients suffering with various other kind of Rheumatological diseases Patients suffering from other kind of metabolic and lifestyle related disorders Patients suffering from chronic diseases, auto immune diseases

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
BMD score will either improve from osteoporosis to osteopenia or to normal BMDTimepoint: 30 days

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Pain and tenderness will decrease Body strength increase General debility decreases Timepoint: 30 days
