Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Players with at least one year of competitive volleyball experience. No recent injuries or medical conditions affecting performance. Players who are practicing volleyball at least 3days/ week

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Players with history of any recent injury or surgery. Players who are engaged in other games along with volleyball. Players with chronic musculoskeletal issues. Players dealing with any medical conditions.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Strength will be measured by using Medicine ball throw test. Agility will be measured by using T-test. Flexibility will be measured by using Sit and reach test. Balance will be measured by using Y balance test. Timepoint: The outcome will be assessed for two times which is at the baseline and after the 8 weeks

Secondary

Strength will be measured by using Medicine ball throw testTimepoint: The outcome will be assessed for two times that is at the baseline 1 week & after the 8 weeks
