Inclusion criteria: Irrespective of gender caste religion and socio economic status Patient with pidika resembling shalmali kantak pitika shotha raktima of mukhadushika Recurrance of Mukhadushika

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of Hypersensitive skin conditions Patients with another chronic skin diseases and OC pills Patients having Pidikas of other Kshudraroga Visarpa Prameha etc Patients with auto immune diseases and pregnant females
