Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Wiling and able to participate in the study. Patient having sign and symptoms of side effect of post chemoradiation therapy which are mentioned in diagnostic criteria. chronicity of disease less or equal than 1 year. Patients yogya for Basti karma.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 18 and above 60 years. Patient diagnosed & treated as Stage IV of head and neck cancer. Pregnant and lactating women. Patients with uncontrolled diabetes or hypertension. Patients Having symptoms related to cerebrovascular accidents, myocardial infarction, and chronic kidney disease. Patients contraindicated for Basti Karma. Cachexic or terminally ill patients.
