Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Both sexes are to be included 2. Cases, symptomatic and proctoscopically diagnosed. 3. Cases giving consent to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous surgery for hemorrhoids (traditional or stapled) rubber band ligation or haemorrhoidal artery ligation operation. 2. Pregnant women and lactating mothers. 3. Cases of other systemic disorders are in their complicated stage to be excluded. 4. Fourth Grade of Hemorrhoids excluded. 5. Patient Who discontinues the treatment. 6. Patient unwilling to give consent.
