Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: People aged 18 to 60years at baseline. Patients volunteering for study and ready to give a written consent. Patients complaining of orofacial pain. Patients undergoing Extractions in the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. • Patients who are only prescribed analgesics. • Patients who haven’t taken any analgesics within 24hours. • Patients willing to come for follow ups • Phone number of the patient is available
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with any medically compromised condition such as congenital heart disease, hematological conditions, immune deficiency disease and end-stage renal disease. Pregnant and Breast-Feeding Women. Patients who are known allergic to the given drug. • Patients where use of the given drug is contraindicated . • Patients who are prescribed with Antibiotics. • Patients who refuse to participate in the study.
