Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: BMI ranging from 23-31 Both Male and Female Crepitus upto Grade 1 according to knee crepitus scale Knee joint stiffness that is restricting movements at knee ie flexion and extension Individuals who met the American College of Rheumatology clinical criteria for knee osteoarthritis Clinically/radiologically diagnosed case of Grade 2 and Grade 3 bilateral / unilateral knee osteoarthritis according to the Kellgren and Lawrence classification
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Allergy to tape Active Infection and Acute pain and inflammation of knee joint Grade 4 Osteoarthritis Recent history of Trauma in lower limb that will hamper the participation of individual in the study Not willing to participate in the study
