Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: -Age above 18yrs and below 60yrs patients with a primary chronic anal fissure of more than 6 weeks duration with classical symptoms of chronic anal fissure. -Voluntary participants who are willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -Patients with chronic inflammatory bowel diseases, tuberculosis, positive HIV, pregnancy, associated haemorrhoids, syphilis or anorectal tumours. -Patients with previous anorectal surgery procedure. Patients unfit for anaesthesia or surgery. Patient refusal all patient have to go through the following
