Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients diagnosed of ethmoidal nasal polyposis based on signs and symptoms. 2.Age group 20-60 years irrespective of sex. 3.Patients with written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Antrochoanal polyps b)Painful and infectious polyps c)Rhinosporidiosis d)Nosebleeds and orbital symptoms related to polyps e)Cases where immediate surgical procedures are required f)People who suffer from bronchial asthma g)Those who are contra indicated for Pratimarshanasyam h)Patients with bleeding diseases and severe debilitating diseases. i)Patients with uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension
