Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elective incisional and ventral hernia Hernial defect of size less than 5 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Strangulated hernia, Patient less than 18 years old more than 80 years old , Pregnant women, Patient not fit for GA , Morbid obesity- BMI more than 35 kg/ m2 Divarication of Recti
