Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The healthy university students with no prior experiences of yoga or meditation in last one year will be included in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The student diagnosed with any physical/mental illness or ongoing medication will be excluded from the study.
