Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 65 years. Single/multi-rooted teeth requiring single-visit endodontic treatment. Teeth with or without periapical lesions. Absence of alterations causing a significant increase in preparation time.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of pain in more than one tooth in the same quadrant. Teeth with open apices. Presence of systemic diseases. Antibiotic use within 1 week prior to the study. Missing opposing teeth or cracked teeth. Pregnant patients.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Incidence and intensity of postoperative pain will be assessed.Timepoint: 24hr, 48hr, 72 hr and 1 week
