Inclusion criteria: 1.Age 18 - 65 years 2.ASA I and II grade patients 3.Both sexes 4.Patient scheduled to undergo laparoscopic surgeries (elective or emergency ) either in trendelenburg or reverse trendelenburg under general anaesthesia
