Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.PATIENTS CONTROLLED HYPERTENSIVE ASA PHYSICAL STATUS 2 2.PATIENTS BETWEEN 18-60 YEARS OF AGE 3.PATIENTS WITH MALLAMPATI GRADE 1 AND 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: REFUSAL,PREGNANCY,ON BETA BLOCKERS,MORBID PATIENTS,FULL STOMACH,ON ALPHA 2 AGONIST,PATIENTS SUFFERING FROM HEART BLOCK,SICK SINUS SYNDROME

Loading dose of intravenous Dexmedetomidine1mcg per kg is more effective in reducing sympathetic stress compared to loading dose of intravenous Esmolol1.5mg per kg.Timepoint: Hemodynamic parameters like the Heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure will be measured 2minute after drug administration and 1minute,3min,5min,10minpost intubation.	—
