Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Loading dose of intravenous Dexmedetomidine1mcg per kg is more effective in reducing sympathetic stress compared to loading dose of intravenous Esmolol1.5mg per kg.Timepoint: Hemodynamic parameters like the Heart rate, systolic and diastolic blood pressure and mean arterial pressure will be measured 2minute after drug administration and 1minute,3min,5min,10minpost intubation.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To check for the effect of intravenous Dexmedetomidine at dose 1mcg/kg on Haemodynamic response pre & post intubation in a well controlled hypertensive patient. To check for the effect of intravenous Esmolol at dose 1.5mg/kg on Haemodynamic response pre & post intubation in a well controlled hypertensive patient.Timepoint: Hemodynamic parameters like the Heart rate, systolic & diastolic blood pressure & mean arterial pressure will be measured 2minute after drug administration & 1minute,3min,5min,10minpost intubation.
