Inclusion criteria: 1. Who give a consent for study 2. Pre diagnosed patients of Grahani Roga 3. Age between 16 to 60 year 4. Both genders are taken for study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Who does not give a consent for study 2. patients have chronic disease 3. Patients of STD, HIV, HbsAg 4. Pregnant and lactating Women 5. less the age of 16 year and above 60 year are excluded
