Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 200 meter sprinters, both genders, age group between 18-25, university going athlete- bachelor and masters student

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: any recent surgery- ACL/PCL/MCL repair and reconstruction, recent disease, systemic disease, any injury inhibiting the sprinters performance
