Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of Spastic Diplegic Cerebral Palsy (SDCP) 2. GMFCM III and IV 3. TCMS score of 9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe disability 2. Uncontrolled seizures 3. Waiting for orthopedic surgery 4. Hearing deficits 5. Any cardiac anomalies affecting exercise tolerance 6. Complicated systemic disorders 7. Usage of botulinum toxin A injection within three months prior to study.
